Meet our Team

  • Natalie Lencioni

    Executive Director

Natalie joins Jamie’s Place with more than a decade of nonprofit leadership and fundraising experience. Most recently, she served as Development Officer for Major Gifts at Virginia Mason Health Foundation in Seattle. Previously, Natalie spent seven years as Executive Director of Nora’s Home in Houston, where she led the organization through a major expansion that doubled its capacity while strengthening programs, partnerships, and long-term sustainability. She brings a deep commitment to compassionate, community-centered care and will lead Jamie’s Place as the organization enters its next chapter of growth.

  • Jessica Kulsrud

    Care Director

Jessica began her caregiving career in 2004, working in hospitals and care facilities where she witnessed the challenges of traditional long-term care. After starting her family, she returned home to the Methow Valley and discovered the Green House model at Jamie’s Place — a radically different approach centered on dignity, relationship, and home. She grew from caregiver to manager to Associate Director, while furthering her education in long-term and end-of-life care. Jessica is now our Care Director and continues to lead with compassion, faith, and deep commitment to elders, families, and staff alike.
