Why choose HCA or CNA?

There is a widespread shortage of caregivers in the United States, it is projected that the job market for caregivers (HCA and CNA) will go from 16,000 in 2020 to 40,000 by 2040. That is more than double the workforce in the next twenty years. With that need there will be ample job opportunities for full-time caregivers, part-time caregivers, and everything in between. The training to become a caregiver can be accomplished in a small timeframe and you can start working in professional or private settings with a wide range of pay options. Caregivers have often thought to have a below average salary, that is simply not true. Caregivers both in facilities and privately are making average or above average salaries for their certifications. As the market grows so will the benefits.

Healthcare has always been the foundation of a good life and longevity. Caregivers are fundamental to that idea; without caregivers we do not have the ability to continue to provide amazing care for all of the people in need and for our elders. Caregiving is a noble and professional job with the flexibility to fit any lifestyle and anyone.

Jamie’s Place offers competitive pay for the Methow Valley and Okanogan County.
